Unified Leadership
All Guild Officers hold equal rank and work together to support the entire guild. This includes recruitment, community activities, technical infrastructure, and guild resources.
Team‑Level Leadership
Each raid team has its own Raid Leader who manages strategy, scheduling, and team culture. This keeps teams autonomous while still connected to the guild’s overall direction.
Clear Responsibilities
Every officer role is clearly defined, so you always know who to contact for recruitment, community events, technical issues, guild bank matters, or team questions.
Community Focus
Our Community Officers are full Guild Officers and will be designing guild activities, supporting casual teams, and helping maintain a welcoming environment across all teams.
Consistency and Stability
The charter ensures DN operates with fairness, transparency, and long‑term stability. It prevents role confusion, leadership gaps, and team fragmentation.
